CNPI Adds 12 New Reporters

Congratulations to the New Graduates! CNPI welcomes 12 new members to its growing pool of community reporters.



On Friday, July 30th 2009, CNPI celebrated the graduation of the new members who have successfully completed a 12-week long Radio Journalism Training. The class included members from Picture the Homeless, Northern Manhattan Coalition for Immigrant Rights, Restaurant Opportunities Center of New York (ROC-NY), Families For Freedom, Good Old Lower East Side, New York Solidarity Coalition with Katrina & Rita Survivors, and reporters from The Indypendent.
